Manufacturing Technician/Machine Operator

Responsibilities

• Application and understanding of resin systems including Epoxy, Polyester, Vinyl ester, and Silicones
• Perform hand-finishing operations on patterns and molds
• Use a variety of hand tools in cutting, grinding, fitting, and assembling
• Handle assembly of structures including setup, bonding, and fastener applications
• Perform self-quality checks

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Ability to read and interpret work instructions (SOPs)
• Proficiency with measurement tools such as Calipers, Micrometers, Tape measures, and Indicators
• Hands-on fabrication skills
• Experience with adhesive bonding and structural assembly
• Attention to detail and accuracy while working with tight tolerances

Preferred Qualifications

• 1 year of experience with composite materials such as Carbon Fiber, Kevlar, or Fiberglass
