Manufacturing Technician

Responsibilities

• Perform technological and manufacturing feasibility assessments for new products
• Create and process work plans and bills of materials (BOM) for new product introductions
• Manage and optimize technological and production processes to improve efficiency
• Implement changes based on customer, engineering, or production requirements
• Conduct time studies and determine production times according to REFA standards
• Support the implementation of development products, new technologies, and prototype production
• Train new team members and act as a primary contact for assembly during problem-solving
• Maintain workplace cleanliness and order following 5S principles
• Ensure compliance with HSE, ISO, and international trade compliance (ITC) regulations

Requirements

• Experience in technological feasibility assessment and work plan creation
• Proficiency in bill of materials (BOM) management
• Strong understanding of process optimization and Lean manufacturing principles
• Experience with REFA standards for time studies
• Knowledge of 5S and VAVE (Value Analysis/Value Engineering) methodologies
• Ability to work within continuous improvement frameworks (KVP)
