Manufacturing Technician

Responsibilities

• Perform assembly and wiring of high-voltage and low-voltage electrical components following engineering diagrams
• Assemble and integrate mechanical components including motors, gears, belts, and pulleys
• Conduct thorough inspections and tests on completed assemblies to verify functionality
• Document assembly processes, measurements, adjustments, and test results
• Assist in the maintenance and calibration of manufacturing equipment and tools
• Adhere to all safety protocols and industry standards
• Collaborate with engineers and supervisors to optimize manufacturing processes

Requirements

• 0-5+ years of related manufacturing experience
• Knowledge of high-voltage and low-voltage electrical assemblies and wiring
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
• Ability to build assemblies based on color-coded wiring diagrams
• Strong attention to detail and quality control skills
• Ability to lift and move objects up to 50 lbs
• Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English

Preferred Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Active OSHA compliant Forklift Certification
• Technical certifications or vocational training in electrical or mechanical disciplines
• Experience in a machine shop or assembly environment
