Manufacturing Technician

Responsibilities

• Perform routine manufacturing operations including equipment preparation, aseptic compounding, and filling for biopharma and medical device products
• Assemble, disassemble, and operate aseptic filling and lyophilizer equipment in cleanroom environments
• Prepare solutions, perform aseptic filling, and label vials under sterile and non-sterile conditions
• Operate processing equipment such as autoclaves, ovens, vial washers, and centrifuges
• Assist in the formulation and dispensing of products following SOPs and MBRs
• Maintain accurate documentation, including logbooks and batch records, in compliance with GMP standards
• Sanitize production areas and perform COP, CIP, and SIP operations to prepare equipment
• Identify and document deviations from normal operations and participate in investigations

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalency
• 0-2+ years of manufacturing experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical or medical device industry
• Knowledge of aseptic techniques and ability to follow SOPs and MBRs
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to weigh and measure raw materials
• Ability to stand for 6 hours in a production suite
• Ability to wear personal protective equipment and gown for controlled manufacturing areas
• Ability to lift, pull, or push equipment requiring up to 25-50 lbs of force
