Manufacturing Technician

Responsibilities

• Create, update, and maintain accurate Bills of Materials (BOMs), routings, and item structures in Oracle.
• Support the training of production associates and technical staff on new processes and updates.
• Perform time studies on production processes and assist with OMS creation or modification.
• Partner with operations and safety teams to develop solutions that prevent workplace incidents.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and champion the Milwaukee Tool culture.
• Manage recordkeeping, maintain receiving files, and perform documented workplace audits.
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues to identify root causes and support the manufacturing engineering team.
• Collect and communicate data using MS Excel, Quality Management systems, and PowerBI.
• Practice 5S principles for industrial housekeeping and follow technical work instructions.

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and perform repetitive motions.
• Ability to work with limited supervision and react effectively to change.

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree with a technical focus (e.g., CAD, Construction Management, or Engineering Technology).
• Experience with Oracle or other ERP systems.
• Experience in vendor or supplier relations.
