Manufacturing Technician II

Responsibilities

• Drive EVT & Prototyping during the Engineering Validation Test phase
• Assist in establishing manufacturing infrastructure and workstations
• Perform electro-mechanical assembly including PCB/PCBA handling, wire harnessing, and server rack assembly
• Execute rate production following SOPs and quality guidelines
• Inspect materials and utilize precision tools to optimize process efficiency

Requirements

• Experience with core electronics assembly (PCBs, wire harnesses, server racks)
• Ability to read engineering drawings and interpret metric/imperial tolerances
• Proficiency operating precision shop tools (torque wrenches, electrical crimpers)
• Ability to solder PCBAs
• Physical capability to lift 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
• Availability for 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM shift

Preferred Qualifications

• Technical training in mechatronics, robotics, or high-volume manufacturing
• Experience with high-level enthusiast PC building or custom electronics
• Ability to mentor developing technicians
