About the role
Responsibilities
- Drive EVT & Prototyping during the Engineering Validation Test phase
- Assist in establishing manufacturing infrastructure and workstations
- Perform electro-mechanical assembly including PCB/PCBA handling, wire harnessing, and server rack assembly
- Execute rate production following SOPs and quality guidelines
- Inspect materials and utilize precision tools to optimize process efficiency
Requirements
- Experience with core electronics assembly (PCBs, wire harnesses, server racks)
- Ability to read engineering drawings and interpret metric/imperial tolerances
- Proficiency operating precision shop tools (torque wrenches, electrical crimpers)
- Ability to solder PCBAs
- Physical capability to lift 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Availability for 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM shift
Preferred Qualifications
- Technical training in mechatronics, robotics, or high-volume manufacturing
- Experience with high-level enthusiast PC building or custom electronics
- Ability to mentor developing technicians
