Manufacturing Technician II

Responsibilities

• Perform cGMP manufacturing operations within a biologics production facility
• Execute cell culture processes from vial thaw to production scale
• Conduct buffer and media preparation, as well as equipment preparation (CIP/SIP)
• Perform column chromatography and tangential flow filtration
• Manage sampling of in-process and raw materials
• Maintain inventory levels and handle shipping of finished materials
• Operate glass washers and autoclaves
• Use sophisticated programs such as LIMS and SAP to collect and evaluate operating data
• Assist engineers with equipment set-up, calibration, and quality testing

Requirements

• Associates degree in science (or equivalent experience) with 2+ years of relevant experience
• OR a Bachelor of Science (BS) with 1+ years of relevant experience
• OR a Bachelor of Science in Engineering with 0+ years of relevant experience
