Manufacturing Technician I - Aseptic

Responsibilities

• Perform manufacturing tasks in a clean room environment requiring specialized gowning
• Assist in the setup, operation, and cleaning of labeling, packaging, and syringe filling equipment
• Maintain proper aseptic technique within ISO 5-6 environments
• Conduct in-process sampling, testing, and inspection on packaging lines
• Perform facility cleaning of critical aseptic environments in accordance with cGMP and SOPs
• Document all production activities accurately in batch records and log books
• Support the bulking and filtration processes prior to aseptic filling

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
• Previous experience working in a manufacturing environment
• Ability to pass a basic skill assessment
• Ability to stand for extended periods (up to 8 hours) and lift up to 40 lbs
• Ability to work the 3rd shift (Monday - Friday, 10:00pm to 6:30am)
