Manufacturing Technician I - Aseptic

Responsibilities

• Perform manufacturing tasks in a clean room environment requiring specialized gowning
• Assist in the setup, operation, and cleaning of labeling, packaging, and syringe filling equipment
• Maintain proper aseptic technique within ISO 5-6 environments
• Conduct in-process sampling, testing, and inspection on the packaging line
• Perform facility cleaning of critical aseptic environments in accordance with cGMP and SOPs
• Document all production activities accurately in batch records and log books
• Ensure product quality adheres to approved specifications with a "Right the First Time" approach

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
• Previous experience working in a manufacturing environment
• Ability to stand for extended periods (up to 8 hours)
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and perform activities above your head
• Acceptable results on a basic skill assessment
• Basic math, writing, and computer software skills
