Manufacturing Technician

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with the production plan and monitor work order volumes by model
• Monitor operational personnel attendance and manage personnel on the floor
• Execute and follow up on 5F methodologies
• Provide direct support to the production floor and resolve technical incidents
• Validate processes in SMT, structural, and OLA welding
• Manage and dispose of scrap materials according to protocol

Requirements

• Technical degree in Electronics, Mechatronics, or a related field
• Proven experience in personnel management
• Technical knowledge of SMT, PTH (Structural), and OLA welding processes
• Experience in board testing and Pressfit processes
• Ability to work effectively under production objectives
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office
