Manufacturing Technician

Responsibilities

• Provide support for workshop activities by analyzing technical facts and defects
• Describe technical facts through non-conformity reports
• Coordinate with design offices for product acceptance or rework generation
• Manage deviations and draft requests for tooling modification or creation
• Manage supplier returns and maintain links with logistics services
• Propose process and procedure improvements
• Write instruction sheets for technical fact recovery
• Participate in Lean Manufacturing daily or weekly reviews
• Modify manufacturing sequences and assembly nomenclatures
• Draft documentation intended for production

Requirements

• Bac+2/3 degree in mechanics
• Experience in mechanical production support (automotive, railway, or ideally aeronautics)
• Proficiency in CATIA V5/V6
• Knowledge of 3D design software
• Ability to analyze definitions to propose technical solutions
• Understanding of assembly line operation sequences

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with tools such as 3DX, VPM, PLMV6, and SAP
• Experience in aeronautical manufacturing environments
