Manufacturing Technician

Responsibilities

• Operate multiple pieces of equipment and hand tools to fabricate and modify night guards and dentures
• Perform finishing tasks including pumicing and polishing according to detailed specifications
• Troubleshoot and solve process, equipment, and technology issues in a fast-paced environment
• Uphold strict manufacturing quality standards to ensure products are free of excess materials
• Collaborate with team members to identify and address workflow bottlenecks
• Maintain a clean work area and keep tools and supplies free of contamination

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• 0-2+ years of experience in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent eye-hand coordination and manual dexterity
• Strong attention to detail, including depth perception and color vision
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods
• Ability to sit for extended periods of time
• Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English
• High level of comfort with digital tools and technology

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience working in a dental lab
• Specific experience fabricating and finishing night guards or dentures
