Manufacturing Technician

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment and hand tools to fabricate and modify night guards and dentures, including pumicing and polishing per order specifications
• Identify workflow, equipment, and capacity improvements to drive product quality
• Troubleshoot process, equipment, and technology issues in a fast-paced dental lab
• Uphold strict manufacturing quality standards and ensure products are free of excess materials
• Collaborate with team members to identify and resolve bottlenecks quickly

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• 2+ years of experience in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
• Ability to sit and stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
• Excellent eye-hand coordination, manual dexterity, and robust vision capabilities
• High attention to detail and organizational skills
• Comfort with digital tools and technology
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and listening skills
• Self-motivation and ability to prioritize effectively
