Manufacturing Technician C

Responsibilities

• Conduct tests on a variety of RF or digital printed circuit boards, subassemblies, or end products
• Perform advanced troubleshooting of product, subassembly, and circuit board failures to the component level
• Use various test equipment and log technical information into databases
• Interpret and understand engineering schematics and diagrams
• Provide training and guidance to less experienced technicians
• Collaborate effectively within a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience, or 2 years of post-secondary/associate degree with at least 2 years of related experience
• Advanced troubleshooting skills
• Ability to use various technical test equipment
• Understanding of engineering schematics

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate degree in a technical discipline
• Intermediate knowledge of Electrical Engineering theory and circuit/systems understanding
• Experience with RF or Digital troubleshooting
• Proficiency with LabVIEW-driven automated tests
• Familiarity with signal generators, oscilloscopes, power meters, and spectrum analyzers
• Experience with L3Harris RFCD products and assembly processes
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
