Manufacturing Technician

Responsibilities

• Manufacture active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs) through all process stages, including synthesis, cleavage, and purification
• Set up, clean, operate, and maintain manufacturing equipment
• Follow written procedures such as SOPs and BPRs in strict compliance with cGMP guidelines
• Maintain accurate batch documentation and record information in written or electronic forms
• Adhere to manufacturing schedules, timelines, and safety protocols
• Organize and clean work areas, including workbenches, tools, and instruments
• Propose and implement technical improvements to manufacturing processes

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of relevant manufacturing experience
• Ability to work shift schedules (including nights and occasional weekends)
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Strong work ethic and ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent oral and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in a GMP manufacturing environment (Pharmaceutical, Food & Beverage, Medical Devices, etc.)
• Proficiency with GMP requirements and documentation
• Experience with technical equipment and troubleshooting
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
