Manufacturing Technician B

Responsibilities

• Perform precision assembly of complex aerospace components
• Fabricate components, clean and assemble equipment, and operate machinery
• Conduct pressure tests, bond materials, and torque fasteners
• Mix adhesives and perform precision component cleaning
• Maintain accurate records for manufactured products
• Ensure a safe, clean, and orderly work area while producing high-quality products
• Mentor less senior personnel as required

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience, or an Associate's Degree with 2 years of experience
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and work instructions
• Ability to obtain a US Security Clearance

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with torque tooling, leak check testing, and pressurized systems
• Knowledge of electrical grounding, bonding checks, and electromechanical component assembly
• Proficiency with Standard Measurement Instruments (SMI) and precision scales
• Experience with industrial processing equipment, cleaning solvents, and mixing operations
• Ability to make precise machine adjustments such as offsets and axis movements
