Manufacturing Technician B

Responsibilities

• Conduct tests on a variety of RF or digital printed circuit boards, subassemblies, or end products
• Use various test equipment and log information accurately in technical databases
• Perform basic troubleshooting on products and subassemblies
• Work effectively within a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment
• Traverse the production floor for the duration of the shift (up to 12 hours)

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience, or an Associate's Degree with 2 years of relevant experience
• Basic troubleshooting skills
• Ability to read and understand engineering schematics
• Experience using various types of test equipment

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate degree in a technical discipline
• Basic knowledge of Electrical Engineering theory
• Experience with Electronics, RF, or Digital troubleshooting
• Experience with L3Harris RFCD products and assembly processes
• Ability to perform LabVIEW driven automated tests
• Familiarity with signal generators, oscilloscopes, power meters, and spectrum analyzers
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Experience diagnosing circuit board failures to the component level
• Experience using multimeters
