Manufacturing Technician A

Responsibilities

• Perform automated and semi-automated tests on RF or digital printed circuit boards, subassemblies, or end products following Manufacturing Test Procedures (MTP)
• Use hand tools, such as torque wrenches, to complete assembly and testing tasks
• Log technical information accurately in databases and use Microsoft Office programs
• Identify production problems and contribute to process improvements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced production environment
• Maintain consistent quality and productivity levels while working 12-hour shifts

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 0-3 years of prior experience in a manufacturing or technical environment
• Ability to stand and traverse the production floor for up to 12 hours
• Ability to lift and transport up to 25 lbs

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in electronics
• Basic troubleshooting skills
• Knowledge of L3Harris products
• Experience with continuous improvement processes
