Manufacturing Technician A 1

Responsibilities

• Perform automated and semi-automated tests on RF or digital printed circuit boards, subassemblies, or end products following Manufacturing Test Procedures (MTP)
• Use hand tools, such as torque wrenches, to complete assembly and testing tasks
• Log technical information accurately into company databases
• Identify production problems and contribute to process improvements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced production environment
• Maintain consistent quality and productivity levels while traversing the production floor

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 0-3 years of prior experience in a manufacturing or technical environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs
• Ability to lift and transport up to 25 lbs
• Ability to work a 4/10 schedule (10-hour days, 4 days a week) and overtime as needed
• Ability to stand and traverse the production floor for the duration of a shift

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in electronics
• Basic troubleshooting skills
• Knowledge of L3Harris products
• Experience with continuous improvement processes
