Manufacturing Technical Operator

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the production area to create a safe and efficient work environment
• Comply with all plant practices, policies, and procedures
• Conduct inspections of in-process or finished products to ensure quality targets are met
• Assist with equipment maintenance through routine checks and lubrication
• Support lean and continuous improvement initiatives
• Perform general housekeeping in areas including the lab, chemical stores, and coolant filter areas
• Work rotating 8.5-hour shifts (early, late, and night shifts)

Requirements

• Mechanical skills gained via apprenticeship or professional experience
• Proficiency in the use of hand tools
• Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly explain processes
• Fluency in written and spoken English
