Manufacturing Team Member II

Responsibilities

• Perform tasks involved in the manufacture and assembly of medical devices, including components and sub-assemblies.
• Set up, operate, maintain, and troubleshoot manufacturing equipment and specialty assembly machines.
• Follow all safety policies, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), and applicable manufacturing procedures.
• Meet daily production goals while ensuring high-quality products meet strict specifications.
• Assist with inventory accuracy, material replenishment, and training of manufacturing personnel.
• Participate in continuous improvement activities to enhance team performance.

Requirements

• High School Diploma, GED, or a minimum of one year of manufacturing or production-related experience.
• Demonstrated mechanical aptitude through testing, technical training, or job-related experience.
• Ability to read, write, and interpret technical specifications and instructions.
• Basic math skills and the ability to use measuring devices and tools.
• Strong manual dexterity and visual accuracy.
• Ability to work flexible or extended hours and work effectively in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a regulated medical device manufacturing environment.
• Previous experience with microscope work or high-detail assembly.
