Manufacturing Team Member II

Responsibilities

• Perform manufacturing and assembly tasks for medical devices, including components and sub-assemblies
• Set up, operate, maintain, and troubleshoot manufacturing equipment
• Follow all safety policies, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), and applicable procedures
• Meet daily production goals while maintaining high-quality standards and specifications
• Assist with inventory accuracy and material replenishment procedures
• Participate in continuous improvement activities and assist in training manufacturing personnel
• Work flexibly with rotating tasks and extended hours as required

Requirements

• High School Diploma, GED, or minimum of one year of manufacturing/production experience
• Demonstrated mechanical aptitude through testing, training, or job experience
• Ability to read, write, and interpret technical specifications
• Basic math skills and ability to use measuring devices and tools
• Visual accuracy and manual dexterity to meet company standards
• Ability to stand or sit for full shifts and lift up to 35 lbs
