Manufacturing Team Member II

Responsibilities

• Perform manufacturing and assembly tasks for medical devices, including components and sub-assemblies.
• Set up, operate, maintain, and troubleshoot manufacturing equipment.
• Follow all safety policies, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), and applicable procedures.
• Use standard and specialty assembly machines or hand operations to meet daily production goals.
• Assist with inventory accuracy, material replenishment, and training of manufacturing personnel.
• Participate in continuous improvement activities to enhance team performance.

Requirements

• High School Diploma, GED, or a minimum of one year of manufacturing/production experience.
• Demonstrated mechanical aptitude through testing, training, or job experience.
• Ability to read, write, and follow technical specifications and instructions.
• Basic math skills and the ability to use measuring devices and tools.
• Strong visual accuracy and manual dexterity.
• Ability to work flexible or extended hours and work effectively in a team environment.
• Physical ability to stand/sit for full shifts, lift up to 35 lbs, and work under magnification if required.
