Manufacturing Team Member I

Responsibilities

• Follow safety policies, GMPs, and manufacturing procedures
• Assemble products, components, and sub-assemblies using machines or hand operations
• Perform tasks such as pressing, bonding, soldering, welding, or inspecting parts
• Meet daily production goals while maintaining high quality specifications
• Set up, operate, and perform minor maintenance or troubleshooting on equipment
• Assist in training manufacturing personnel and participate in continuous improvement

Requirements

• High School Diploma, GED, or minimum one year of medical device manufacturing experience
• Ability to read, write, and interpret specifications in English
• Proficiency in basic math and use of measuring tools
• High level of manual dexterity and visual accuracy
• Ability to stand or sit for long periods and lift up to 30 lbs
• Authorization to work in the US
