Manufacturing Team Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate manufacturing operations to ensure efficient, on-time, and high-quality production.
• Develop and manage production schedules and coordinate activities to ensure timely delivery.
• Secure the safety of personnel, processes, and manufactured products.
• Control quality, manage deviations, and oversee line stops through SOP audits and execution.
• Manage operational budgets, control costs, and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
• Supervise, lead, and mentor production teams to foster a productive work environment.
• Ensure production equipment functions correctly and schedule routine maintenance to prevent downtime.
• Implement and enforce health, safety, and environmental protection regulations.
• Drive performance and improvement meetings and set targets for the team and individual employees.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or Operations Management.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing or production operations.
• Deep knowledge of production management, manufacturing processes, and industry regulations.
• Strong leadership, team motivation, and mentoring skills.
• Excellent planning, scheduling, and organizational abilities.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder liaison.
• Ability to manage financial resources and control operational costs.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing demands.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with ERP or S&OP systems.
