Manufacturing Team Leader I

Responsibilities

• Coach, train, and facilitate team performance to meet or exceed time, cost, and quality goals
• Manage the team performance process, including staffing, recruitment, retention, and performance reviews
• Remove operational barriers to enable High Performance Work Teams
• Ensure all team members follow quality guidelines, policies, and procedures
• Lead or facilitate special projects focused on continuous improvement and plant performance

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• 2-3 years of manufacturing experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Word and Excel
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
