Manufacturing Systems Specialist

Responsibilities

• Ensure the reliability, performance, and continuous improvement of manufacturing digital systems across the mill.
• Act as the primary bridge between IT-OT and Operations to ensure stability and continuity of critical systems.
• Ensure accurate delivery of OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) and maintain data integrity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Operations, IT, Quality, Finance, and Planning.
• Provide timely assistance to internal users through incident resolution and requirement management.
• Support Industry 4.0 initiatives by bridging technology with on-the-floor execution.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Control, Robotic, Mechanical, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in manufacturing environments or manufacturing systems.
• Proficiency with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES/ERP) following ISA 95 Level 3 standards.
• Technical expertise in OPC Server/Client, TSDB, PLC, and SQL.
• English proficiency at a C1 level.
• Strong analytical mindset, problem-solving skills, and change-management capability.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with ISA 95 Level 2.
• Familiarity with SAP R3 (PP, MM modules).
• Experience with Power BI data models.
