Manufacturing System Technician

Responsibilities

• Assemble and test medical robotic systems and subassemblies according to MPI, drawings, and schematics
• Install and configure hardware components including robotic arms, sensors, motors, PLCs, relays, and circuit boards
• Install and configure software components and program robotic movements
• Perform system testing and collaborate with engineers to troubleshoot issues
• Maintain accurate Device History Records (DHR) in compliance with GMP
• Manage inventory and maintain a clean work area following lean manufacturing practices
• Meet standard cycle time and quality requirements

Requirements

• High School Diploma and 3-5 years of medical device test experience, OR
• AS Degree in Computer Science and 2 years of medical device testing experience
• Experience working in regulated environments (ISO 13485 and 21 CFR 820)
• Knowledge of GMP, Non-Conformance reports, and Line clearance
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and PC software
• Ability to work the swing shift (Monday - Thursday: 3:30pm - 2:00am)
