Manufacturing System Specialist 1

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line support for manufacturing systems including SAP, MES, Labeling, and PLM to ensure stable production operations.
• Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot system functionality while analyzing performance and data integrity.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, IT, and Operations teams to support system changes and new process introductions.
• Support quality incidents, system upgrades, integrations, deployments, and user training activities.
• Ensure compliance with work instructions, quality standards, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Technical or bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Design, or a related field (minimum 40% completion).
• At least 1 year of experience in organizational support; experience in medical device manufacturing is preferred.
• Basic to intermediate English proficiency.
• Basic to intermediate Microsoft Office skills, specifically Excel (lookups and pivot tables).
• Familiarity with manufacturing or engineering environments.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure or interest in NCR/CAPA and Value Stream Mapping (VSM).
• Experience in High Volume Manufacturing (HVM) environments.
