Manufacturing Support Technician

Responsibilities

• Support biologics operations in pharma operations in line with safety, regulatory, and organizational requirements
• Operate daily production equipment and biologics processes to minimize material loss
• Document all activities in compliance with cGMP requirements
• Perform product intermediary packaging and in-process testing methods
• Assemble, inspect, and monitor production equipment and process alarms
• Manage material receipt from warehouse and transfer of final material to inventory
• Participate in qualification, validation, and acceptance testing (FAT/SAT)
• Diagnose and resolve production equipment and process exceptions
• Dispose of domestic, biomedical, and hazardous waste according to regulations
• Assist in the development of batch records and Standard Operating Procedures

Requirements

• 3rd level qualification in a relevant Science discipline OR 2 years of experience in a GMP environment
• Previous experience in a GMP environment (Medical Device or Pharma)
• Flexibility for shift work
• High level of concentration and attention to detail
