Manufacturing Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Lead the manufacturing function within budget and output targets to meet customer requirements
• Ensure safety, customer quality, cost, and delivery requirements are met
• Develop and mentor a motivated manufacturing team while adhering to HSE requirements
• Implement continuous improvement and modern manufacturing principles
• Manage production to meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets while minimizing costs
• Maintain a high standard of 6S environment

Requirements

• Minimum bachelor degree in management or engineering
• Knowledge of 6S, Safety, and ESD production environments
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts in Class 1K/C100K cleanroom environments
• Ability to provide support during off/rest days if required
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Proven experience in leading automation framework and functional automation development
• Lean Six Sigma, Lean expert, or Project Management certifications
• Proficiency in SAP, MES, and standard business software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Background in IR 4.0/5.0 and Automation
