Manufacturing Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Supervise overall SSD production area covering SMT, Test, and Backend
• Communicate production priorities, challenges, and status across shifts
• Manage Operators Team, providing guidance on career development and performance management
• Handle labor planning, allocation, 6S, and line cleanliness
• Collaborate with Engineering teams to solve day-to-day excursions and implement process improvements
• Audit production adherence to visual aids and standard instructions

Requirements

• Prior supervisory or management experience in a manufacturing environment
• Knowledge of SSD manufacturing processes, equipment, and testers
• Familiarity with MES, SPC, SAP, or similar monitoring systems
• Intermediate proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
• Ability to support night shifts on a rotation basis
• Excellent written and oral communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field or Diploma with equivalent experience
• At least 2 years of experience supervising in a manufacturing environment
