Manufacturing Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Supervise the overall SSD production area, including SMT, Test, and Backend processes.
• Manage the Operator team, providing guidance on career development, performance management, and engagement.
• Communicate production priorities, challenges, and status updates across shifts to meet schedules and goals.
• Handle labor planning, resource allocation, 6S standards, line cleanliness, and training.
• Collaborate with Engineering and support teams to resolve daily excursions and implement process improvements.
• Audit production adherence to visual aids and standard operating instructions.
• Contribute to IR 4.0/5.0 initiatives to support "Factory of the Future" growth.

Requirements

• Prior supervisory or management experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of SSD manufacturing processes, equipment, and testers.
• Familiarity with MES, SPC, SAP, and similar systems used to monitor equipment performance and drive flow.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Ability to support night shift rotations.
• Familiarity with IR 4.0/5.0 concepts and implementation.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field or a Diploma with significant industry experience.
• At least 2 years of experience specifically supervising in a manufacturing environment.
