About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage a team of 4 to 15 manufacturing specialists to maintain production flow
- Oversee B shift operations (Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, and alternating Saturdays, 7pm-7am)
- Troubleshoot complex production issues utilizing computer systems
- Make decisions based on best known methods or operating procedures
- Track and document production obstacles and communicate issues effectively
- Collaborate with external departments to enhance manufacturing performance
Requirements
- Engineering or Business management degree
- Minimum of one year of experience in inventory analysis, production control, or capacity planning
- Experience with lean manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies
- Proven experience in project management
