About the role

Responsibilities

  • Supervise a skilled production team to ensure efficient task execution, productivity, and high-quality output.
  • Optimize manufacturing performance by improving productivity, equipment utilization, and efficiency metrics.
  • Develop financial forecasts and annual plans to align operational decisions with organizational goals.
  • Provide ongoing training to team members regarding production processes and Health & Safety protocols.
  • Implement Lean methodologies and manage seamless New Product Introduction (NPI) processes to drive continuous improvement.
  • Conduct performance appraisals and provide guidance and support for direct reports.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Supply Chain, or equivalent (or a Bachelor's degree in lieu of experience).
  • Bachelor's Degree or Vocational Education in Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, or Electronic Engineering, Operations Management, or Supply Chain Management.
  • Lean Leadership training or certification.
  • Ability to work onsite for the 2nd shift in Reedsville, Pennsylvania.
