Manufacturing Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily fabrication activities including welding, cutting, forming, machining, and assembly
• Plan and assign work to meet production schedules and delivery deadlines
• Lead, train, and motivate production team members
• Enforce all safety policies, procedures, and PPE requirements
• Ensure products meet drawings, specifications, and quality standards
• Coordinate with planning, purchasing, and warehouse teams for material availability
• Support Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in a fabrication or manufacturing environment
• Prior supervisory or lead experience
• 4+ years of sheet metal fabrication or CNC operator experience
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders
• Strong knowledge of fabrication processes (welding, cutting, forming, machining)
• Familiarity with production scheduling and ERP/MRP systems
• High School Diploma or GED

Preferred Qualifications

• Forklift Certification
• Technical Degree
