Manufacturing Supervisor

About the Company

Kincell Bio is a contract development and manufacturing organization (CDMO) that engineers cells into therapies. They support innovative companies developing immune cell therapies, including autologous and allogeneic CAR-T, TCR, TILs, Tregs, and CAR-NK technologies.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct floor leadership for the manufacturing team and technical/operational expertise for projects
• Lead day-to-day manufacturing activities including batch record reviews and logbook approvals
• Manage manufacturing compliance, deviations, change control, CAPAs, and regulatory commitments
• Assist in planning, scheduling, and production to ensure adequate materials, equipment, and personnel
• Maintain department operational and capital budgets and drive financial optimization
• Develop and implement training programs and operational excellence programs like 6S and lean manufacturing
• Recruit, coach, and train employees within the manufacturing group

Requirements

• B.S. in Biology, Biochemistry, Chemistry, Engineering, or a related field
• 1-4 years of hands-on experience in biotechnology or pharmaceutical manufacturing
• Knowledge of cGMP guidelines and production/planning operations
• Ability to work non-standard hours including early mornings, late evenings, or weekends
• Ability to perform aseptic gowning procedures for extended periods

Preferred Qualifications

• 1-2 years in a Manufacturing or Operations leadership role within a cGMP environment
• Experience in cell and gene therapy manufacturing or aseptic processing
• Proven ability to influence peers and drive results in line with organizational strategy
