Manufacturing Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Coordinate production activities to ensure the completion of all production plans in a 24/7 environment.
• Supervise, train, and distribute tasks among employees, including operators and mechanics.
• Ensure strict adherence to cGMP, SOPs, and all regulatory and EHS requirements.
• Lead daily operations, conduct shift meetings, and manage personnel activities such as hiring, evaluations, and training.
• Oversee equipment maintenance, material resources, and housekeeping standards to maximize operational efficiency.
• Drive timely resolution of operational and quality incidents through accurate documentation and reporting.

Requirements

• Prior supervisory or leadership experience is required.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
• Knowledge of cGMPs and applicable pharmaceutical regulations.
• Availability to work Second Shift (1:15 PM to 9:45 PM) or Third Shift (9:45 PM to 5:45 AM).
• Ability to work overtime and respond to emergency call-backs.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Administration, or Natural Sciences.
• 1–3 years of experience within the pharmaceutical industry.
