Manufacturing Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Supervise manufacturing operations to ensure production is safe, efficient, and meets quality and delivery targets.
• Provide hands-on shop floor leadership and process support for all direct reports.
• Schedule and assign personnel based on manufacturing demands and individual employee strengths.
• Monitor and track production output, labor efficiencies, and quality indicators.
• Coach, train, and guide employees to optimize team efforts and achieve operational initiatives.
• Collaborate with Maintenance, Engineering, Finance, and Quality departments to meet production schedules.
• Drive continuous improvement and positive results in operational Key Process Indicators (KPIs).

Requirements

• 1-3 years of related work experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of the Occupational Health and Safety Act and relevant Labour Laws.
• Proven ability in conflict resolution management and time management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office software and general computer skills.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and make decisions with little to no direct supervision.
• Availability to support or operate on off-shifts as required.
