Manufacturing Supervisor - Bonding

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate human and technological resources to produce painted and assembled plastic parts according to technical specifications.
• Coordinate, supervise, and train operating personnel in manual and machine processes for part assembly.
• Manage and follow up on maintenance work orders to ensure optimal machine functioning and prevent line stoppages.
• Monitor and solve potential system failures or stoppages within the Insequence system.
• Analyze production, scrap, rejection, and customer claim reports to propose continuous improvement alternatives.
• Ensure strict compliance with ISO IATF 16949, OSHAS 18001, and ISO 14001 standards.
• Oversee cleanliness, order, and safety conditions within the assigned production unit.
• Lead periodic meetings (daily, weekly, monthly) with staff to review KPIs and action plans.

Requirements

• Experience supervising and training operating personnel in a manufacturing environment.
• Proven ability to coordinate maintenance plans and follow up on technical work orders.
• Knowledge of ISO IATF 16949 quality management systems.
• Experience monitoring production systems (such as Insequence) and analyzing statistical reports (scrap, FTQ, etc.).
• Ability to take corrective actions and authority to stop production to ensure quality and safety.
