Manufacturing Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Supervise and organize workshop activities in accordance with production planning (PPCP)
• Distribute tasks to subordinates and provide guidance to ensure schedule compliance
• Provide technical assistance at client sites to diagnose and repair issues
• Visit suppliers to evaluate machines, services, and technical specifications
• Suggest and implement improvements in manufacturing processes and equipment to increase productivity
• Participate in the recruitment process by conducting technical interviews and candidate screening
• Perform performance evaluations to support team development
• Manage sector KPIs and present monthly results and action plans to senior management
• Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and quality standards (ISO9001, ISO14001, and OHSAS18001)

Requirements

• Technical degree in Mechanics or a degree in Production Engineering
• Proven knowledge in People Management and Process Management
• Proficiency in SAP and AutoCAD
• Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel
• Knowledge of Quality Systems and Quality Tools
• Intermediate English and basic Spanish language skills
