Manufacturing Strategy Engineer

Responsibilities

• Drive operational strategy and performance optimization across high-volume semiconductor wafer fabrication
• Translate complex demand signals into dynamic run plans and manage scheduling
• Uncover and resolve tool-capacity and cycle-time bottlenecks to increase equipment utilization
• Coordinate maintenance-day activities and manage spec activations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on automation, cost-saving, and smart manufacturing initiatives
• Act as a bridge between product owners, capacity planning teams, and shift-level execution

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field
• 3–5+ years of experience in semiconductor fabs, automated manufacturing, or factory operations
• Strong proficiency in SQL and data analysis
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies
• Experience with production control and capacity planning
