Manufacturing Specialist Level 2

Responsibilities

• Perform hands-on assembly, fabrication, and manufacturing of turbine generator components
• Use a variety of hand tools and machinery to complete tasks accurately and efficiently
• Follow detailed work instructions and blueprints to ensure precision and consistency
• Conduct quality inspections to verify products meet strict specifications and standards
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues that arise during the manufacturing process
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area while supporting team production goals

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• 2+ years of experience in a hands-on manufacturing or assembly role
• Strong mechanical aptitude and skill in operating hand tools and machinery
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality craftsmanship

Preferred Qualifications

• Technical training or manufacturing certifications
• Previous experience within the energy or industrial sector
