Manufacturing Solution Architect

Responsibilities

• Act as an Integration Architect, coordinating teams of analysts and developers through all phases of SAP implementations, upgrades, and migrations.
• Direct the analysis, design, configuration, testing, and production cutover processes.
• Manage advisor consultants in selecting appropriate solutions, building blocks, and scope items.
• Ensure the integrity of solution components and identify end-to-end integration points for client flows.
• Support "Fit to Standard" workshops by assisting functional consultants and challenging proposed solutions to address gaps.
• Support Sales and Pre-sales activities, including Go-To-Market strategies, webinars, and partner relationships.
• Provide advisory services, including spot consulting and acting as a trusted expert for clients.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Software Engineering.
• At least 15 years of experience with SAP implementations, specifically within Manufacturing (IM&C and Mills/Metals value chain).
• Extensive expertise in SAP modules: PP, QM, MM, and SD.
• Strong knowledge of Supply Chain, PM, and FICO (Product Costing).
• Proven experience with S/4HANA.
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English.
• Demonstrated ability to lead pre-sales, blueprinting, and integration activities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Deep market knowledge of business processes, trends, and challenges within the Discrete Manufacturing and Metals industries.
• Experience in strategic planning and execution within a consulting environment.
