Manufacturing Software Engineer

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for factory test processes and software deployment on client systems.
• Collect issue category data and drive resolution with issue owners to improve process gaps and test coverage.
• Take leadership roles in technical and process improvements for the team.
• Provide training and guidelines to internal and external team members regarding factory software installation specifications.
• Perform root cause failure analysis, software modifications, and factory escalation processes.
• Support software testing and development teams to ensure high-quality manufacturing outputs.

Requirements

• At least 6 years of relevant working experience in the manufacturing field.
• Degree qualification in a relevant field.
• Strong understanding of hardware and software interactions and PC architecture.
• Proficiency in Python programming.
• Fluency in both English and Vietnamese (verbal and written).

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience working directly in a production and manufacturing environment.
