About the role
Responsibilities
- Prepare daily production plans to ensure material availability and avoid shortages
- Maintain daily plans for assigned areas in coordination with line leaders and engineers
- Communicate plan modifications to all departments to prevent production disruptions
- Monitor machine status and capacity changes in constant contact with production areas
- Manage documentation and quality system requirements including ISO/TS16949
- Audit inventory storage locations and monitor 5S activities
- Perform all work safely according to company standards
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED (Preferred)
- Previous relevant experience (Preferred)
- Good command of written and spoken English
- Knowledge of production processes, quality control, and raw materials
- Ability to stand for long periods and climb ladders/stairs
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds unassisted
