Manufacturing Scheduling Operator

Responsibilities

• Prepare daily production plans to ensure material availability and avoid shortages
• Maintain daily plans for assigned areas in coordination with line leaders and engineers
• Communicate plan modifications to all departments to prevent production disruptions
• Monitor machine status and capacity changes in constant contact with production areas
• Manage documentation and quality system requirements including ISO/TS16949
• Audit inventory storage locations and monitor 5S activities
• Perform all work safely according to company standards

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED (Preferred)
• Previous relevant experience (Preferred)
• Good command of written and spoken English
• Knowledge of production processes, quality control, and raw materials
• Ability to stand for long periods and climb ladders/stairs
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds unassisted
