Manufacturing Representative

Responsibilities

• Manufacture oligonucleotide APIs within a GMP environment
• Support technology transfer and scale-up of manufacturing processes
• Write and revise standard operating procedures (SOPs) following regulatory guidelines
• Collaborate with Validation and Engineering teams to validate new equipment and facilities
• Partner with Manufacturing Management and Quality to resolve issues and draft quality documentation (CAPA, deviation, change control)
• Maintain, calibrate, and troubleshoot critical process equipment
• Work the weekend shift: Friday–Sunday, 4:30 am to 5:30 pm

Requirements

• BS in chemistry, biology, biochemistry, science, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Ability to work in a clean room environment
• Strong math, documentation, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet project deadlines
• Mechanical aptitude for equipment troubleshooting

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment
• Knowledge of oligonucleotide synthesis, purification, UF, conjugation, and lyophilization
• Previous experience working in an FDA-regulated manufacturing environment
