Manufacturing Representative

Responsibilities

• Manufacture oligonucleotide APIs within a GMP environment
• Schedule resources and check production status to ensure on-time delivery
• Review formulation documents and perform active ingredient dilution to meet specifications
• Participate in technology transfer and scale-up of manufacturing processes
• Write and revise standard operating procedures (SOPs) following regulatory guidelines
• Collaborate with Validation and Engineering teams to validate new equipment and facilities
• Work with Management and Quality to resolve issues by drafting documentation such as CAPA, deviations, and change controls
• Maintain, calibrate, and troubleshoot critical process equipment

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• 1+ years of related manufacturing experience, preferably in a pharmaceutical environment
• Detail-oriented approach to performing technical duties following SOPs and safety rules
• Experience working in an FDA-regulated manufacturing environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of oligonucleotide synthesis, HPLC, UF, conjugation, and lyophilization
• Experience working in a clean room environment
• Proficiency with lab instruments such as spectrophotometers, conductivity meters, and auto-pipettors
