Manufacturing Recruiter

Responsibilities

• Partner closely with hiring managers as a strategic advisor and business partner
• Manage the full-cycle recruiting process while ensuring a high-quality candidate experience
• Develop and maintain strong pipelines through proactive sourcing and outreach
• Conduct candidate interviews, provide timely updates, and lead compensation negotiations
• Create intake forms and collaborate with hiring managers to structure interview processes

Requirements

• 4+ years of full life-cycle recruiting experience in manufacturing roles within a high volume setting
• Strong sourcing capabilities including passive candidate outreach via LinkedIn
• Experience recruiting in fast-paced, high-growth startup environments
• Skilled in salary and equity negotiation
• Proven ability to meet or exceed hiring goals (e.g., 5+ hires per month)
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Data-driven approach using recruiting metrics and market trends
• Experience maintaining documentation in an ATS
• Willingness and ability to travel as needed
