Responsibilities
- Partner closely with hiring managers as a strategic advisor and business partner
- Manage the full-cycle recruiting process while ensuring a high-quality candidate experience
- Develop and maintain strong pipelines through proactive sourcing and outreach
- Conduct candidate interviews, provide timely updates, and lead compensation negotiations
- Create intake forms and collaborate with hiring managers to structure interview processes
Requirements
- 4+ years of full life-cycle recruiting experience in manufacturing roles within a high volume setting
- Strong sourcing capabilities including passive candidate outreach via LinkedIn
- Experience recruiting in fast-paced, high-growth startup environments
- Skilled in salary and equity negotiation
- Proven ability to meet or exceed hiring goals (e.g., 5+ hires per month)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Data-driven approach using recruiting metrics and market trends
- Experience maintaining documentation in an ATS
- Willingness and ability to travel as needed
