Manufacturing Quality Process Specialist

Responsibilities

• Guide and support plant quality managers to ensure shipment quality and develop quality roadmaps through gap analyses
• Act as the regional quality reference for manufacturing procedures and company directives
• Drive consistent implementation of Quality Management Systems focused on continuous improvement and "zero km" product quality
• Track and analyze monthly quality KPIs, including DAR/PDI ADPU, FTQ, and MERF metrics
• Identify gaps to objectives and develop robust corrective actions to address common causes
• Drive resolution of quality issues affecting multiple plants by interacting with Engineering, SQE, and Quality Product teams
• Support the use of Lean Manufacturing and Quality tools to achieve continuous improvement in manufacturing processes
• Increase the robustness of manufacturing processes during new product launches

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in Manufacturing Processes
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in Quality Processes and Systems
• Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing approach and methodology

Preferred Qualifications

• Statistical Process Control (SPC) or Six Sigma Black Belt certification
• Experience with construction equipment and product applications
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to transform complex data into actionable insights
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Access, PowerPoint) and Minitab
• Ability to perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines
